Seaholm Preseason Pitching Program

We are excited to be hosting a 7 week preseason pitching program for the Seaholm Baseball Program.  The program will be led by former Maple Scott Clippert and focus on the following content areas:

• Progressive volume of throwing leading up to the start of the season
• Video analysis of throwing mechanics
• Driveline corrective drills
• Shoulder/Elbow strengthening and maintenance
• Game plan for in season pre and post game arm care
• Rapsodo Pitch Design
• Weekly Bullpen sessions
• Live to hitters sessions as the season approaches

Program Options (Both options skip the week of 2/17 for mid winter break)

Wednesdays 1/8 to 2/26
8pm to 9pm

or

Sundays 1/12 to 3/2
11am to 12pm

The day of the week you chose is yours for the duration of the program.  For staffing purposes, you cant jump from one day to another.

Cost $210 for 7 weeks

All Session will run at Origin Athletics
