Futures Youth Development Program

The youth program will be an extension of the Futures team practices.  The goal is to get each player a large amount of “touches” of the ball each day and reinforce the techniques taught throughout the entire Bulldogs Program.  The following aspects will be covered throughout the program.

• Agility and intro Mobility/Strength work
• Throwing technique work for mechanical and velocity improvement
• Pitching mechanical work
• Fielding repetitions, fungo work, and competitions
• outfield play
• baserunning
• Hitting work designed to create force

The 75 minute sessions will be run by the Oakland Bulldogs and Futures Coaching Staff Members and assisted by Current and Former Bulldog Players

November – $140 11/7 to 11/28
December – $105 12/5 to 12/19
