The Youth Softball Hitting Program will focus on getting young hitters in the proper positions to create force and hit the ball hard.  Movement quality will be the emphasis over mechanical breakdown to set a foundation of long term success.  Competitive games, video and data collection will help each athlete improve from week to week.
