Kerry Brennan
Training Specialties: Hitting, Fielding & Catching
Kerry Brennan played Division 1 college softball at Oakland University from 2008 to 2011. She graduated in 2012 with a degree in Elementary Education. During her time at OU, Brennan was a three-time NFCA Academic All-American and two-time Academic All-Summit League selection, and had a .444 OBP in 2009. Brennan played shortstop and catcher for the Golden Grizzlies.
Kerry is currently a fifth grade teacher at Wattles Elementary in Troy. She is also the Varsity Assistant softball coach at Troy Athens High School and coaches the Troy Raptors 16U team. In addition, she has coached both the 10U and 12U Raptors teams.
Coach Brennan does a great job with all around softball skills for both beginner and advanced players.
High School:
- Earned four letters for Coach Carrie Carpenter
- Named to the All-Mega Conference team all four seasons
- Tabbed all-city and all-district in final three seasons
- Garnered team’s most valuable player in 2005 and ’06
- Elected team captain in final two seasons
- Also lettered in basketball and volleyball

- Earned Academic All-State honors in high school on volleyball team
- Graduated in top five percent of her class

- Hitting two home runs in a single game versus Romulus as a senior
