The Youth Pitching Program will focus on getting pitchers in the proper positions to be explosive and command the zone. Movement quality will be assessed during mechanical breakdown to a foundation for long-term success. Competitive games, video analysis, and data collection will help the athlete grow and succeed for week to week.
