Austin Kunert

Training Specialties: Defense and Hitting

Austin Kunert has helped coach at the facility since 2018 when he was a player at Rochester University. He brings a tremendous energy to Origin Athletics, and has a great feel for working with both highly skilled and beginner athletes.  Austin has served as both a head coach and an assistant at several levels of travel baseball and is currently helping as an assistant at Rochester University.  A four year starter and two time captain at Rochester, Kunert moved between SS and 2B throughout his college career and won programs first WHAC gold glove award.  Coach Kunert will work with all skills sets and will specialize in all areas of defense and hitting.
